About Me
Jamie Fluke
Professional Sim Racer • Driver Coach
10 years competing at the top of sim racing – now helping drivers become the best that they can be

Why I Coach
I’ve spent a decade racing professionally in iRacing and Rennsport, developing the decision-making, technique, and rhythm used across high-pressure endurance and World Championship grids.
Coaching allows me to share the understanding behind fast laps – and help drivers build confidence, consistency, and clarity in how they race.

Where It Began
It all started probably as far back as the late 90s growing up in Northern Ireland, first getting my hands on a PS1 and the games of the time like Colin McRae Rally and Gran Turismo. I was hooked from day 1 and have always had a passion for racing games. The opportunity to translate that into motorsport never materialised, and so I turned to sim racing properly in 2014, first with F1 2013 leagues before getting into some rFactor leagues and eventually into iRacing in October of the same year.
The Journey
I didn’t start out particularly good though I improved fairly quickly, working my way to 6000 iRating in about 9 months after starting. I was utterly obsessed with getting better at this. I joined Apex Racing Academy in December of 2015 and was still as relentless in trying to improve as quickly as possible, pestering everyone around me to assist me in pointing out my weaknesses and how best to work on them. That led me to competing at the highest level for 8 years, and picking up some special results along the way.
Today
I’m into my 30s now and I feel now is the time to offer everything I know. I do have a passion for teaching in sim racing and giving people the tools to improve themselves, just as I have done for so long myself. I am stubborn in my assessment of myself that I wasn’t actually all that talented or gifted, and I want to prove that by helping people reach the levels that I did and beyond.
